ENQUIRY PRIVACY

Your details, your choice.

The service enquiry form prepares an email message in your browser. It does not send the message automatically. You choose whether to open your email application and send it.

What information is prepared?

The form can include your name, contact number, location, engine model, serial number, symptoms and other information you enter. Optional photos are attached by you in your own email application, not through this website form.

How will the information be used?

If you send the email, Frontline Marine can use your information to respond to the enquiry, discuss possible servicing or parts, clarify compatibility and arrange next steps. An enquiry does not confirm an appointment.

Do you store my request on this website?

In this version of the website, the enquiry is composed in your browser and is not submitted to a website database. The public Service Portfolio shows only company-approved service case records and photographs. Visitors cannot submit or publish records to it. The website stores your display language locally in the browser. Earlier site versions offered a personal browser-local journal; if you used it, those records may remain in your browser storage until you clear site data. These older private entries are never published to the portfolio. If you choose to send an email, your email provider and Frontline Marine may process and retain that message under their respective practices.

What should I avoid sending?

Do not include passwords, payment card details, identity documents or unrelated confidential information. For government or operational vessels, avoid sensitive mission, personnel and security details.
